    - What should I do if I received a damage/defect or wrong product?

    Product return policies listed on each product page describe if purchased items are qualified for return.
    Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned once have shipped.
    Items marked as “Return” can be returned after receiving within the specified time mentioned on each product page.

    • - The item must be returned in original condition.
    • - The refund amount is credited back using the original payment method.
    • - For Ontario customers, refund will be in full.
    • - For all other provinces, refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 10% of the purchase price, and you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges.
