2. Click Account Details to edit your name, email and password.
3. Don’t forget to Save your changes.

You can easily reset your password by clicking here. Enter your email and follow the steps to change or reset your password. If you have any trouble, please contact us.

Please click the Unsubscribe link (located at the bottom of our emails), or send the email address you want removed to support@rahlux.ca, with “unsubscribe” in the subject line.

Payment Information

Your purchase transaction will appear on your bank statement as ‘E-STORE* RAHLUX’.

You are charged when you place an order.

Privacy & Security

All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL encryption technology and your personal information is stored in encrypted format. We don’t store any credit card information on our server.

The steps to delete cookies on Chrome & Firefox browsers.

Chrome: (Desktop)
– Open Chrome
– At the top right, click ‘Menu’ and then ‘Settings’
– At the bottom, click Advanced.
– Under ‘Privacy and security’ click ‘Content settings’
– Click ‘Cookies’
– Under ‘See all cookies and site data’ search for the name rahlux.ca
– To the right of the site, click REMOVE ALL

Chrome: (Android phone or tablet)
– Open the Chrome app Chrome
– To the right of the address bar, click ‘Menu’ and then ‘Settings’
– Tap Privacy and then Clear browsing data
– Check ‘Cookies and site data’, you may Uncheck all the other items
– Tap Clear data

Chrome: (iPhone and iPad)
– Open the Chrome app Chrome
– At the top right, click ‘Menu’ and then ‘Settings’
– Tap Privacy and then Clear browsing data
– Check ‘Cookies, Site Data’, you may Uncheck all the other items
– Tap Clear Browsing Data and Confirm

Firefox:
– Click ‘Menu’ and choose ‘Options’
– Select the ‘Privacy & Security’, and then ‘History’
– In the drop-down menu, choose ‘Use custom settings for history’
– Click ‘Show Cookies….’, search for the name rahlux.ca
– Select the matched items and click ‘Remove Selected’

Shipping Information

We ship to addresses within Canada and the United States (some limitations may apply). We will ship your order via Canada Post, UPS, FedEX or our delivery service. We cannot ship to Hotels, P.O. Boxes (for some items), APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) or any of the US Territories such as Puerto Rico. Return & Exchange

Product return policies listed on each product page describe if purchased items are qualified for return.
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned once have shipped.
Items marked as “Return” can be returned after receiving within the specified time mentioned on each product page.

  • The item must be returned in original condition.
  • The refund amount is credited back using the original payment method.
  • The refund amount will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 10% of the purchase price, and you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges.

Cancellation or exchange an existing order is possible before shipment. Please submit request form here.
Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled.

If you received damage or wrong package, please submit a photo with request form within 48 hours of receiving to honor your claim. Please note that under some additional circumstances we may not be able to honor your return.

All undelivered packages that are returned to us by the carrier will be processed as a return and we are not able to re-ship them.

Pricing & Order

You can check your order status on Track Order page and/or on your Order History page. Also we will send you email notification with estimated shipping updates once your order leaves our warehouse.

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, please submit you request here.
