Shipping Information

Shipping Times

Our shipping times are determined by type of item and depart location. Your purchase may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you. Estimated delivery dates are displayed on Cart and/or Checkout page.

Service Areas

We ship to addresses within Canada and the United States (some limitations may apply). We will ship your order via Canada Post, UPS, FedEX or our delivery service. We cannot ship to Hotels, P.O. Boxes (for some items), APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) or any of the US Territories such as Puerto Rico. Track Orders

You can check your order status on Track Order page and/or on your Order History page. Also we will send you email notification with estimated shipping updates once your order leaves our warehouse.

Damage/Defect or Wrong Shipments

If you received damage or wrong package, please submit a photo with request form within 48 hours of receiving to honor your claim. Please note that under some additional circumstances we may not be able to honor your return.

Undelivered Packages

All undelivered packages that are returned to us by the carrier will be processed as a return and we are not able to re-ship them.
